I’m Anthony Leonardi — a fitness coach focused on helping busy professionals build strength, improve energy, and stay consistent without spending hours in the gym.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in California Polytechnic State University Kinesiology program, where I built the foundation for understanding human performance, movement, strength, and long-term health.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with 100+ clients helping busy professionals build strength, improve energy, lose body fat, and create sustainable habits that actually fit into their lives.

My journey started through 20 straight years of competitive sports, followed by 14 years away from competition — a transition that taught me firsthand how difficult it can be to maintain your health while balancing career, stress, and everyday responsibilities.

Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever, and my mission is to help others experience that same transformation.

My coaching focuses on efficient workouts, sustainable nutrition, accountability, and realistic systems that create long-term results without extreme restrictions or unrealistic routines.
